  • 2 eggs
  • 1.7 cups sunflower seed oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • 1 pinch salt

Steps

To make the easy and quick mayonnaise

  • First, take a measuring cup and pour 1.7 cups of sunflower seed oil into it.

  • Next, add 2 whole eggs, 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt to the cup.

  • At this point, completely immerse the blender into the cup and turn it on at maximum power. You will see that after a few moments, the mayonnaise will start to form.

  • To finish, transfer the mayonnaise into a bowl and use it as you prefer!

You can store the mayonnaise in an airtight jar in the fridge for about 3 days.
