Chicken in air fryer with BBQ sauce is a main course that is truly tender and tasty. It is a recipe that has nothing to envy from the classic oven-roasted chicken. With the air fryer you can bring a quick and delicious dish to the table, finger-licking good.
It’s ready in no time: first, season the chicken thighs with the spices you prefer: rosemary, paprika, salt, garlic and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
Here’s a trick: to get meat that’s crispy on the outside and juicy inside, add the BBQ sauce only at the end, never before — this way it won’t burn during cooking and will remain glossy and appetizing! You can serve the chicken in the air fryer with BBQ sauce with potato flatbread and a classic side like parmesan potatoes in the air fryer.
