Ingredients
- 1 large whole chicken breast
- 1 2/3 cups tomato pulp
- 1/2 onion
- 1 clove garlic
- to taste oil and salt
- 2 leaves bay leaves
- A few capers
- 1 pinch oregano

Steps
Cut the chicken into pieces that are not too small.
In a pan, sauté the onion and minced garlic in oil.
Add the tomato, bay leaves, oregano and a few capers. Season with salt and cook for about 10 minutes.
Add the chicken, adjust salt and cook for about 30 minutes.
