Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 5 tbsp wildflower honey
  • 3.5 tbsp sunflower seed oil
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 baking powder
  • to taste vanilla
  • to taste hazelnuts

Steps

  • In a bowl, add the oil, honey, egg and vanilla and mix with a fork.

  • Add the flour and the baking powder, and continue mixing with a fork until you obtain a soft, slightly sticky dough.

  • Grease your hands and shape the cookies into small balls. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put a hazelnut in the center of each cookie and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.

  • Ready.
