- 5 tbsp wildflower honey
- 3.5 tbsp sunflower seed oil
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 baking powder

Steps
In a bowl, add the oil, honey, egg and vanilla and mix with a fork.
Add the flour and the baking powder, and continue mixing with a fork until you obtain a soft, slightly sticky dough.
Grease your hands and shape the cookies into small balls. Place them on the baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Put a hazelnut in the center of each cookie and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
