The savory pie with zucchini and ham is a versatile recipe perfect for any occasion: from a quick lunch to a dinner with friends, even for an outdoor picnic. Soft, flavorful and very easy to prepare, it’s a great fridge-cleaning idea that wins everyone over at the first bite. Zucchini add freshness, ham gives flavor and with a puff pastry base it will be ready in minutes!
I chose to cook it in the microwave, but an air fryer or a conventional oven also work well.

Slice the zucchini with the mandoline and cover the base of the puff pastry.
Season with salt, drizzle with a little oil, and add the ham.
Add a few slices of provola on top of the ham.
Continue with another layer of zucchini, season with salt or a drizzle of oil, and finish with plenty of shredded pizza mozzarella.
Cook in the microwave for 15 minutes using the crisp function. Alternatively, in a regular baking dish bake in the oven at 392°F for about 30 minutes.
