Ingredients for the Chocolate Cream
- 7 oz (about 7/8 cup) cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp honey
What you need
- Immersion blender
How to prepare the Light Cocoa Cream
If the cottage cheese is too watery, drain it slightly before blending. To prepare this little dessert you need an immersion blender or a mixer. Put the cold cottage cheese from the fridge into the blender cup, then add the honey and the unsweetened cocoa powder.
Blend for about one minute until you get a fluffy cocoa cream. Transfer it into a single bowl or into two individual glasses or cups. Keep the dessert in the fridge.

Your questions
Can you taste the cottage cheese?
Amazingly no! Once blended with the cocoa and the sweetener, the flavor becomes very neutral, similar to a chocolate cheesecake.
What can I substitute the honey with?
With a sweetener of your choice or simply with sugar.
Can I prepare it the day before?
Absolutely yes. In fact, the next day it is even firmer and more compact. Keep it covered with plastic wrap in the fridge for up to 2 days.
