Today I bring you into my kitchen to prepare Linguine with Asparagus and Crispy Pancetta, really simple but full of flavor. To tell the truth, they’re one of my sister Barbara’s signature dishes, which she makes often and divinely throughout the spring season.
I love asparagus because they give a delicate touch to the pasta, but together with the pancetta they become irresistible.
My personal tip? Don’t overcook them, so they stay bright green and flavorful.
