Ingredients for the puff pastry croissants with smoked salmon
- 1 sheet puff pastry (round)
- 3.5 oz smoked salmon
- 3.5 oz cheese (sliced, like Galbanino)
- 1 egg (for brushing)

- 1 Pizza cutter wheel cutter
- 1 Baking tray oven baking tray
- 1 Pastry brush
- 1 Air fryer
- Air fryer parchment paper
Preparation of the puff pastry croissants with smoked salmon
1 – Take the puff pastry and cut it into 12 wedges using a pizza cutter (or a sharp knife).
2 – On each triangle place a piece of cheese and a piece of smoked salmon
3 – Roll each triangle from the base to the tip to form the croissants
4 – Place a sheet of air fryer parchment paper inside the basket and arrange the croissants on it.
Brush each croissant with beaten egg. Cook at 338°F for 15 minutes. If needed, extend by another 5 minutes. They should be golden brown.
FOR A CONVENTIONAL OVEN: Bake at 374°F in a preheated, fan-forced oven for 15 minutes.
Notes
If you like, before baking the croissants you can decorate them with sesame seeds
