  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 1/4 cup flour
  • to taste salt

  • Choose some nice chard stems.

  • Cut them in half, and trim the ends. You can use the green leaves in another recipe.

  • Separate and peel the stems and wash them under plenty of running water.

    Bring salted water to a boil and, as soon as it boils, immerse the stems and cook them for 5 minutes.
