Ingredients
- 1 roll puff pastry
- 11 oz potatoes (about 1 1/2 cups mashed, ~2 medium potatoes)

- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan
- 3 oz provola cheese
Steps
Boil the potatoes, then press them through a potato ricer or mash them and collect the purée in a bowl.
Add the egg, salt and pepper to taste and mix.
Lay the puff pastry on the work surface, fill half of it with the purée, add slices of salami, chunks of provola, and the Parmesan, then fold the other half of the pastry over the filling to close.
Make some slits on the pastry, seal the edges and cook in the air fryer for 10 minutes at 392°F, then turn and cook another 5 minutes; if your air fryer also has a lower grill, do not turn it.
