Ingredients

  • 1 roll puff pastry
  • 5 oz stracchino cheese
  • 9 oz provola cheese
  • 1 1/3 cup grated zucchini
  • 1/4 cup ricotta

Steps

  • Grate the zucchini with a coarse grater and season with salt and/or pepper to taste.

  • Cut the puff pastry in half. Work the stracchino with a little yogurt or ricotta, add pepper and salt, and spread it over the pastry. Add the grated zucchini and the provola.

  • Close with the other sheet of pastry, seal the edges, make cuts on the top like a sort of lattice and bake at 392°F for about 10 minutes then lower to 356°F for another 10 minutes.
