Ingredients
- 100 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 200 7 oz (about 14 tbsp) butter
- 370 about 3 cups 00 flour (Italian-style all-purpose flour)
- 1 egg
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 500 2 cups milk
- 100 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 whole eggs
- 40 5 tbsp cornstarch
- to taste strawberries

Steps
Prepare the shortcrust pastry as per the recipe
Make the shortcrust pastry and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Bring the dough back to room temperature, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut out the discs.
Place the discs into the muffin liners. Prick the surface with a fork.
Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.
Place all the ingredients in the Bimby and cook at 194°F for about 7 minutes
Add a few teaspoons of cold cream to each basket.
Place half a strawberry on each basket.
Chill in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
