  • 500 2 cups milk
  • 100 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 40 5 tbsp cornstarch

Steps

  • Prepare the shortcrust pastry as per the recipe

  • Make the shortcrust pastry and chill it in the refrigerator for 1 hour.

  • Bring the dough back to room temperature, roll it out with a rolling pin and cut out the discs.

  • Place the discs into the muffin liners. Prick the surface with a fork.

  • Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and bake at 356°F for about 20 minutes.

  • Place all the ingredients in the Bimby and cook at 194°F for about 7 minutes

  • Add a few teaspoons of cold cream to each basket.
