Ingredients for the whole wheat cookies with olive oil

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 6 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/3 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup chocolate (Chips or shavings)
  • 3 tbsp pine nuts (Optional)

Steps for the whole wheat cookies with olive oil

  • In a bowl, work the flour with the olive oil and the sugar.

    Also add the egg and the baking powder.

    Add the chocolate chips and the pine nuts and mix well until you form a dough.

  • Form small balls, flatten them slightly, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  • Bake in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for 15 minutes.
