Crispy Multigrain Flatbread with Rosemary

My crispy multigrain flatbread with rosemary is a very low flatbread, crispy and flavorful, and very easy to make either with starter discard or without. It very much reminds me of Roman schiacciata: thin and crumbly, and it’s an excellent way to have delicious bites for an aperitif or a snack in very little time. For me it was also a way to use up excess sourdough starter so I didn’t have to throw it away. Come with me and let’s prepare the flatbread together.
