Ingredients for yogurt and cocoa muffins cooked in the air fryer

These ingredients make 8–10 treats depending on the size of the molds. For baking use sturdy paper muffin liners or aluminum ones.

  • 1 7/8 cups all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp neutral vegetable oil
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Steps for yogurt and cocoa muffins cooked in the air fryer.

  • Using a hand whisk, beat the eggs with the sugar for a few minutes, then add the oil in a thin stream.
Add the yogurt one spoonful at a time and finally fold in the sifted flour, cocoa and baking powder in several additions.
The batter will be quite thick, so finish mixing with a spatula or a spoon.
Pour the mixture into the muffin cups.

  • Meanwhile, preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 2 minutes.

  • Place the muffin cups inside the air fryer and bake at 320°F for 10 minutes, or in a preheated conventional oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes.
In both cases, always perform the toothpick test.

  • Ready to enjoy.
